Serbia wants UNMIK in Kosova but doesn't want to play by UNMIK rules. Shouldn't UNMIK just pack up and leave.

From a legal perspective who owns the infrastructure in Kosovo?
P.S. Please no fanatics saying, 'It's all Kosova's and Serbs will never own anything on this land again'

UNMIK have not done their job right. All the billions of charity dollars coming in have vanished in thin air and nothing have been spent on maintaing the standard in the Serb-inhabited areas. If UNMIK don't allow Serbia to build up infrastructure in Northern Kosovo it will complicate Serbias task of lifting the region from Ghetto status, which in turn is a result of UNMIK:s misgovernment.

So, what UNMIK wants? Serbia terminated the contract with them and it is logical to assume what is hers. Again logically, after newest events such as illegal IDU, Serbia cannot risk and leave its property to Albanian hands. Besides, why do they need Serbian railway, since they even do not have their own experts on railway? Albanians still use the services and instructions from Sierra Leone guy where, btw, the last train passed through in 1975. Can you imagine the safety of the passengers in future?
