Oric's trial was a joke. They didn't prosecute him for the razing of scores of Serbian villages all around Srebrenica, nor the killings (including beheadings) he did of Serbs. Instead they sidetracked it into being about Serbian prisoners in Srebrenica beaten to a pulp by Muslim jailers.

Naser Oric himself in the winter 1993/94 told of killing Serbs with explosives, "cold weapons" and other atrocity "feats" for western journalists visiting him at his home. He had video tapes of what he did and he was proud. The top journalists, such as John Pomfret of the Washington Post, was not even called as a witness. Nor were all the videos or photo documentation of what Oric did used as evidence.

It is simply a kangaroo court which brings a few token Muslims but gives them very light sentences (if they are even convicted), while several Serbs have died mysteriously in custody.
