"The Belgian lawyer left the possibility open of narrowing the indictment against Ratko Mladić should he be brought to trial."

I hope they don't compromise too much to get him. It would be an insult to the survivors of Srebrenica and their families.

I nominate Brammertz for an Academy Award
"“I wish to create a partnership with the countries of the region, to talk with all the actors, to prove to Serbia that this unfortunate page of history must finally be turned,” he said."
Brammertz should hire an Actor to play the role of Ratko Mladic and then have a televised court to finally settle the bogus charges.

“….Serbia is obliged … on the basis of a Security Council resolution…"

So Serbia is obliged by Security Council resolutions, but "International Community" isn't? So much for democracy and rule of the law!

"…this unfortunate page of history must finally be turned,” and closed only when all participants, (including "International Community"), in these tragic conflicts honestly admit their wrong doings and make just arrangements for the all victims . Just demonizing Serbs and victimizing and idealizing all others, won't do it.

Mr Brammertz,

Spare yourself of coming to Belgrade because you and the others cannot pressure us for anything any longer. Perhaps, there were the moments when Serbia could be pressured but now, frankly speaking there is nothing left that Serbia would really care about it. Do you maybe think to pressure Serbia by signing the famous SAA, if you do I am laughing at you out loud.
In my opinion Serbia is highly unmotivated for the EU integrations and you cannot blackmail her any longer by some EU carrots. Somehow, I believe that the kangaroo court in Hague will be closed without prosecuting Mladic and Karadzic.
