I pointed it out twice, now it's the third time: according the UIC

http://www.uic.asso.fr/

the Kosovo Rail does not exist, it's ЖС.

Even if small, green Enver Hoxhas will drop from the sky, it's still ЖС.

Here are the members of UIC, don't argue with me, argue with all of them:

http://www.uic.asso.fr/baseinfo/vademecum/vademecum.php

I hope it was helpful. It may change but unlikely.

In your dreams mister whas in 20 century but not in 21, serbia better get prepared for the fees for now one don't waist time .Seems to me everyone in serbia this days like to be in front of cameras or te be seen in TV or heard on RADIO, what waist of time for serbian people...!

This whole railway thing may be a strategically dangerous move from the Serbian side. If Serbs keep investing like this in Kosovo (I mean they really should, its Serbian province after all) the argument from Serbia that Kosovo is an economic waste may be eroded as the West will see this as foreign investment in a nation, even though it is Serbian land. We should just wait for the K-Albanians to show their true colours and when the West sees its mistake then we can retake leadership in Kosovo and start investing.

they think if they proclaim independence - automatically they will be able to steal everything Serbian? albanians didn't invest NOTHING in KiM and they want to steal it all from Serbia; by way of force and ethnic clensing sponsored by america, britain and germany.

For KiM, the Serbian government used set aside 1 million dollars every day during Slobo era.

Where did you get that figure? 4 out of 6 billion? Are you suggesting 2 billion support independence?

If you add up the population of the countries that have recognised, you should not even reach a billion, it is probably closer to 500 million but even then, governments recognised Kosovo against the will of the people!

You'll probably find support for independence amongst 200 well paid politicians, 100 well paid editors and news directors with 5 million Albanians. That should be about it! ;)

1) This is not your property, it was built by Serbs, financed by Serbs and it belongs to Serbia, even the Parliament your so-called politicians are sitting in was built by the Serbs. You can not claim something that belongs to someone else
2)How are you going to bring them up to European standards when you can't even provide jobs for 60% of your population.
3)This is for the guy who calls himself Vuk. the Albanians have no country (recognized), they cannot get into the UN(Thachi said he wants to get in), they cannot get into the EU(Cyprus said that Serbia can recognize Kosovo, but they won't) the only thing they can do is get into NATO (with what army)

This guy is joking. If you would check unmikonline.org or any other website it will show you who has rebuilt Kosova and it's infastructure (e.g. railways). I assure you, it's not serbia. This guy is trying to take credit for the investment of UNMIK. You sound like that Kosova "minister" that has never been to Kosova.

This is another reason why I think that Kosovo independence was a stupid idea without agreement with Serbia. You see, Kosovo has been recognized by some countries, so technically they are an independent state, so they have laid claim to all property, however Serbia and the UN have not acknowledged Kosovo's independence and the property there is still legally Serbia's (UNSCR1244), so they have also laid claim to property. Who's right and who's wrong?

How can you now conclude the status of technical issues with regards to Kosovo when Kosovo as a country is both independent and at the same time a part of Serbia?

Can you people now see why international law is necessary to set things in black and white and not these shades inbetween?

Ahmed,
Even though Muslims have a history of nationalizing property, I don't think your puppet state qualifies as a nation. As far as modernizing, that's the funniest thing I've read on here today =] You can't even bring your own Albania to European standards. And Albania's infrastructure wasn't even bombed by NATO in the late 90's...so what's your excuse?

When are Albanians going to relise; they have a country, they have a potentially prosperous neighbor (Serbs) who will forget the past as it enters the modern age mentality and they can benifit hugely.

But no, no ,no the old Balkan idea and primitivness is relentless; every village wants a country.
(Vuk, 4 March 2008 11:36)

Vuk,
Well spoken, like a true Serbian Radical.
I agree though with some of your points.
1. Yes you are right, we have a country. It is called Kosovo.
2. We are happy to deal with all of our neighbours including Serbia, this has never denied.

Please put a stronger emphasize on the “potentially prosperous” though.
Also, Serbia should ask Kosovo for forgiveness for the past.
Based on your comment by forgetting the past you are clear of all the wrongdoings.
Sorry Vuk, it doesn’t work that way.
If Kosovo is the “biggest joke”, keep on laughing then.
One more note. You said that 4 out of 6 Billion people don’t believe.
Remember Vuk, it was 6 out 6 Billion 2 Weeks ago and this gap is narrowing (soon it will be 3:3, 4:2 etc.)

First some correction for b92: It is not Leska but Lesak and it is not Zvecane but Zvecan. Few days ago I caught the mistake of place in Kosovo that b92 name it as Zocanica instead of Socanica. This is not critique but just small correction.

As for the Serbian railway, I think that Serbia must clearly define and assume its property in Kosmet and therefore my support to everything as long as it is in line with 1244 resolution.

It seems that the illegal declaration of independance is just that; illegal and hence all Serbian property will remain Serbian. I cannot understand why Tachi and his KLA buddies think just because the US wants to make a "NATO Base country" they can take all the Serbian property? Its quite hilarious isnt it he just thought it came with the country? Oh wait he doesnt actually have a country just a deprived province full of Serbian history/Serbian buildings and soul.

"kosova" is the biggest joke of a country I have ever seen to those who actually believe in it since 4 out of 6 Billion people on this Earth dont.
