hmmm..let me tell you something. I will never forget March 28, 1999, the day when Serbian ( Yugoslav at that time) military, armed and stinky drunk came in my neighbourhood, when they broke into our house and gave us only 5 minutes to leave.

The past, present and continued support of KLA terrorists may present you with the answer to your questions.

Your current leader Hacim Thaci has blood on his hands, Serb, Albanian and Roma.

I will never forget April 1999 when NATO illegally bombed Serbia and Kosovo killing over 1000 civilians and continued to bomb over the Easter holidays.

The UN needs to take itself out of their blinders & look at the whole picture. The chaos in the States & members of the UN recognizing the false claim of independence by Kosovo is going to be detrimental to the entire world.

Let's call a spade a spade & really take a big look at the whole picture.

*Kosovo UNMIK pasos holders stood in queue to get Serbian pasos.
*Kosovo doesn't have their own country code.
*Although they "claim independence", are they really free as they stand currently?

To Vasil & the rest of the albanian camp - prove yourself to the countries that supported you & then your barbaric ways can be justified. Until then, lets call a spade a spade.

The only thing that the albanian invaders claimed & did was something that the US would not allow in the US. According to recent US based media websites, there are a number of US States that are only recently taking action against illegal invaders.......what does that say for Kosovo???

I try not to subscribe to propaganda from any side, be it Serbian or Albanian...

I base my claims on the transcripts of the Milosevic case. This was the chance for the west to prove its claims of ethnic cleansing and all the other accusations.

All I can say is there was pretty much nothing convincing there.

If there was KLA activity in a village or town, it was only natural for the Serbian forces to empty it before going on the offensive. I believe this to be standard military practice. Why put civilians at risk? Check http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/4095585.stm

Now I'm sure horrible things happened in Kosovo but we are talking about war, aren't we? Look at the mess your friends made in Iraq/Afghanistan. Why are they different to the Serbs? We all claimed to be fighting terrorists! Why aren't Bush and Blair facing war crimes charges? Could it be that "might is right"?

You should get some wipers for your eyes, because your facts and basis are wrong and based on emotions.

Why would Milosovic endanger himself in the eyes of the international community by ordering his military to ethnically cleanse the entire population?

There can be no doubt that some Albanians were cleansed by para-military groups, but not by the Serbian Military establishment led by General Lazervic and Neboja Pavkovic.

No such orders were given and no such policy was followed, absolutely preposterous.

Most Albanians that may have have been driven out of the country were KLA terrorist, may give you an idea about your statements.

Be it known that the Hague Tribunal itself did not produce any documentation or proof whatsoever that Milosevich ordered the Ethnic cleansing of Serbs, Albanians, Roma's or any other Yugoslav citizens.

So enought of your sob stories and hatred of the Serbs. The truth can never be the victim of lies.

Please tell me you don't really believe that albanians left Kosovo because of NATO bombing?

I can understand if you are just saying that in the hope of convinving some foreigner who is reading this news post that the NATO bombing is illegal, and serbs are viticms and... we all know the rest, but if you really believe that, than man, you are seriously mistaken.

Few points i would like to make:

1. you can accuse me of lying, of being and illegal land-grabbing immigrant from Albania, jihadist, Bin-ladens 19th son or whatever, but I can tell you that me and my family, and all of the albanians in my area, did not leave because of NATO bombs, but because the serbian paramilitary forcefuly expelled us of our homes.

2. NATO was not bombing albanians civilians but serbian forces, and hence the reason why Milosevic had no reason to hold back anymore, and order his forces to expell albanians as revenge for NATO bombing and to finish his plans for ethnicaly cleansing Kosovo.

3. If you are a serb living in Serbia, you will probably know that NATO bombed Serbia as well, and not only Kosovo. If you remeber Belgrade got a pounding. Then how come, no serb from Serbia was (e.g. Belgrade) was leaving Serbia because of NATO bombs and going, lets say, Romania, or Hungary? I dont remember seeing any serbian refugee camps in Hungaria, Romania, Croatia etc. How do you explain that?

4. How comes serbs from Kosovo, were not leaving during the bombing and it was only albanians? Serbs only started leaving AFTER because they were afraid of revenge attacks.

In case you come back and say, well if it wasn't NATO bombs then it was coz of KLA (as many serbs do, when they run out of NATO arguments), well: What logical reaons would there be for KLA to ethnicaly cleanse Kosovo of 1 million albanians? What reason would there be for KLA to expell their own families out of their homes? If 1 million albanians left Kosovo before NATO decided to bomb Serbia, then maybe you could have argued (unconvicingly) that KLA forced albanians out so that they could blame the serbs and win the western media, so that NATO bombs Serbia, but since NATO already was bombing Serbia that doesn't make any sense.

The facts above are very plain and simple, and the truth is right in front of you. Whether you decide to ignore it or you know the truth and decide to spread lies anyway, then thats up to you. If you can come up with a reasonable explanation for the point I made above, please do so.

I find it rather amusing when someone else tries to tell me why me and my family had to leave Kosovo during the war!!!!

You tell me, why did NATO intervene? The obvious reason is to take control of Kosovo for strategic purposes but I'm sure you will come up with some propaganda like "to stop ethnic cleaning".

Well, if you go back to the start of bombing, the Albanians were all in Kosovo and it was not until the bombs started dropping that not only the Albanians, but a lot of the Kosovo population started to leave Kosovo. So why did NATO intervene if everyone was still in Kosovo?

The first Albanians to leave at the start of bombing crossed the borders of Macedonia, Albania, Montengro and yes, even Serbia.

They claimed they were leaving due to the bombing and not forced expulsion. Even Serbs were leaving and if you remember that column of Albanians returning to their villages? Yes, returning was not acceptable so they were bombed by NATO.

That is not surprising as the idea was to have them leave so the images of supposed "ethnic cleansing" could be sold to the world and justify intervention.

I read the transcripts of the Milosevic case and the prosecution had very little evidence to prove ethnic cleansing was a Serbian policy. Of course, propaganda would be dismissed immediately so was never brought up.

The displacement of people during conflict is very natural and the Western spinsters used that to claim ethnic cleaning. They also claimed 100,000 deaths and other rubbish. After all the NATO aggression ended and deaths were counted, 2108 were confirmed killed in the fighting and NATOs bombing confirmed over 6000 deaths! Check http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/opinion/letters/orl-myword03a08mar03,0,5383490.story

However, when the true ethnic cleansing started of the non-Albanians, the west claimed it was justified and let it happen! Serbs, Romas, Goranis, Turks, Egyptians, etc.. were all cleansed without a word of condemnation!

We will never forget!

It is this behavor of Mr. Jeremic and Co... that ultimately convinces the un-decided why Kosova should be free and Independent.
For 9 years of talk nothing was discussed about the Kosovar people living there, albanians and Serbs. The Serbian camp proved very clearly to the International community that just like with Milosevic in the 90s... all they cared is the real estate. The 2 million people living in Kosova were and are constantly vilified and called criminals/drug dealers, terrorists. The Serbian government when it fits states that they should not be punished for crimes of Milosevic...yet they have never made any steps of reconciliation. For 9 years they have never apologized to the People of Kosova that have suffered and being asked to be ruled by Belgrade.
No, Thank You. The Albanians in Kosova and We, The Albanians throughout the world will never allow that again. It is best for the serbian government to focus on its own people in Serbia and look forward, instead of chosing a path that surely will not get them anywhere, and the only thing they will achieve is to isolate their country.

Rightly said Mr Jeremic and I appreciate that you still fight for Kosovo by all legal means and not easily give up from our southern province of Kosovo and Metohija. Unfortunately, some politicians in our government already gave up Kosovo and call us idiots for still wanting to invest in something that is how they said “lost”. But I don’t think anything is lost yet, on the contrary, it is the beginning of the new chapter and that means new strategies in defence of something that belongs to Serbia by centuries, of something that our ancestors spilled the blood.

I hope Mr Jermeic stays enthusiastic and continue with his mission in opening the eyes to the world in regard to Kosovo illegal independence recognition.

Can you guess why these people were cleansed? Well ill tell you the 500,000 Serbs ONLY which are meant to be in Kosovo would have comprised a 5th of the population and hence Albanians would have less than 70% majority which would make the claim to independance an absolute joke in the eyes of anyone.

It still is a absolute joke for everyone who knows the above, shame some turn a blind eye.

Latest news! Sweden and the Netherlands recognized today the Republic of Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state. Cheers!

"He stressed that prior to the deployment of UN and NATO forces in June 1999, hundreds of thousands of Kosovo Serbs, Roma, Bosniaks and others were ethnically cleansed from Kosovo and added that hundreds of people were killed and thousands reported as missing."

RE: "Ethnic Cleansing"

Whats important is that the population of Kosovo know what happened, and you can come up with hundreds and thousands of links and source, and artciles, but its all irrelevant, since we were there during the war, and we saw what happened. I don't rely on serbianna.com, I rely on my own eyes and account.

According to recent US based media websites, there are a number of US States that are only recently taking action against illegal invaders.......what does that say for Kosovo???

hmmm..let me tell you something. I will never forget March 28, 1999, the day when Serbian ( Yugoslav at that time) military, armed and stinky drunk came in my neighbourhood, when they broke into our house and gave us only 5 minutes to leave.
So,(Tina, 4 March 2008 23:36)

The past, present and continued support of KLA terrorists may present you with the answer to your questions.

Your current leader Hacim Thaci has blood on his hands, Serb, Albanian and Roma.

I will never forget April 1999 when NATO illegally bombed Serbia and Kosovo killing over 1000 civilians and continued to bomb over the Easter holidays.
