"The Privatization Agency approved to A-TEC an extension of payment deadline on condition that that the company pays USD 150mn by Feb. 29, and the remaining USD 316mn by April 4"

- if they are having this much trouble coming up with the cash what certainty i sthere that they will invest as promised? Will they again ask for another extension to the investment? Looks like this was a poorly thought out deal and someone in the privatisation office should be held responsible if this turns out to be a poor offer overall! Imagine what interets payments Serbia is losing out on on $450 million for another month? Surely someone in teh privatisation office should be expecting that A-TEC pay incurr this?
