It is not coincidental that every time civil society tries to challenge some of Serbian thinking towards Albanians, we have a simultaneous display of ethno nationalism. The control and direction of nationalism remains essential to the survival of political clique in Serbia. Apart from being a very useful tool in maintaining and assuring political control, this kind of thinking conveniently helps to justify internal shortcoming of Serbian democracy. A great bulk of this anger is directed at us Albanians the culprits of what is wrong with Serbia today. Can good intentions of the few be conductive in this atmosphere? The short answer to that is a firm No.
No wonder that the gap between our two people is massive.
