NATO in Kosovo “as long as necessary”

Is that as long as is necessary for NATOs purposes or as long as is necessary for the people of the regions benefit?

Ask the sovereign government if more bases can be built - what sovereign government did you ask Casey, before you propped up Bondsteel? I get nauseous feeling in my gut, everytime I hear our State Dept. try and rationalize their divide and conquer actions.

Only "as long as necessary"? Looks to me its going to be forever ..... don't believe me -- just look at Iraq and Afghanistan. Okay, okay. There is one example when it wasn't forever but ended very abruptly .... Vietnam in 1973!

The first part is indeed true.
They like money, they don't like you at all. Don't be fooled.

"As long as necessary" means in this case: as long as certain clans (Clinton, Bush, Cheney, etc.) who have interest in Halliburton, Inc. have influence in politics. Has nothing to do with Albanians or Serbs.

"as long as necessary" means as long as there are people in Serbia that still have illusions that they could invade Kosova. Comments in this forum, show that such madness still exist.

I can’t believe that you still have not grasped this:
Anything is better than being ruled by Serbia.
We have been there, we have tasted that, it was horrific.
So please do not feel sorry for us.
We are in a much better place now and we like it.
NATO has done only good things for Kosovo.
They are welcomed to stay.
So is every person that wants to help Kosovo.

NATO in Rep. of Kosova only insures stability--NATO in Kosova also means SCO out of Kosova, which means Russia out of Kosova, which means Serbia out of Kosova, which means Rep. of Kosova here to stay.

You're not the only one. In fact, I'd actually feel better if our State Department eggheads called Kosovo Province what it really is to us: A Refueling Station
