EU says it received no Ban letter

No UN approval and no Security Council majority approval.

Refusal from Kosovo Serbs to recognize mission and less than half the EU countries recognizing Kosovo to date, (intent to recognize) is nonsense and does not count.

A total of 19 countries of 193 in the world have recognized Kosovo and besides the USA not a single country of over 100 Million people in population has recognized Kosovo. Indonesia - NO, China - NO, Russia - NO, India - NO, Brazil - NO, Pakistan - NO. These countries make up over 65% of the world's population. Who was it that said 100 countries in the world would recognize Kosovo and over 80% of the world!?

If this illegal EU mission tries to force the Serbian population in Kosovo to comply to Albanian rule, the Russians will come, only a fool would think they won't! The EU and USA and especially the Albanians have underestimated Serbia and Russia over and over again and are constantly looking silly.

The postal service has really gone to the dogs. I blame all this privatisation.

HA! Its funny because EU doesnt agree on the issue themeselves. Its a matter of time before the international community raises hell in the UN for its failure to stand up for its laws, rules, regulations, and in general itself. Its time for the international community to put pressure on Ban so he makes his position clear. Be it one way or another we will know where the UN stands. As opposed to being told by few EU states where they would like the UN to stand. So without further delay we want to know if UN will allow INLEX to operate and thereby completely descredit itself. Thank God we have Russia China Spain Greece Romania Indonesia Cyprus amongst 90% of worlds countries supporting us. CCCC Kosovo will always remain SERBIA.

So the EU's INLEX (lawless) Kosovo mission is now without doubt has no legal foundations, their United foreign policy equates to everyone do as you please and some how they still continue with their web of deceit!

To now absurdly suggest they don't know if they have or have nor received a letter from the UN Secretary General when expecting a reply - it is either complete incompetence which suggests the mission will be just as failing as UNMIK or they are so caught up in their web of deceit they no longer know right from wrong!

It is evident that Solana doesn't take his orders from
the UN security council but from the US and Brussels.On the 21st of February he announced that Ban Ki-Moon was in agreement with EU to dispach the EULEX mission when this was not the case.
He is caught red-handed and his spokeswoman refuses to aknowledge that she received
correspondence from the UN.
With people like Solana in high places the world is a very dangerous place .

The hypocrisy and audacity of these politicians is astounding. No basis in law at all so they try to invent one for an illegal mission!

It's not that much a question of size of population but much more a question of quality and economic development of the State in case. The States that recognized Kosova till now represent much more money and military power and democratic legtitimacy than any other you cited. Still not convinced of moral and legal right of Kosova to secede? Read your UN chart twice, there're not only 10 paragraphs. Read about the obligation of the General Assembly to maintain peace, read about Humanitarian Law, read about remedial secession. Why do you guys love International Law only now? It existed in 1999 too!
