Stevan, I was there in Macedonia when the JNA attacked Slovenia in the summer of 1991, on my first vacation back home.Milosevic at that time was the instigator of that aggression, behind the scene, manipulator in charge. He would alternatively switch from being president of Serbia to that of Yugoslavia, and quess who had the power transfered along with him? You admit it was "only a brief 10 day conflict". Well how many days does an attack/offense need to last, according to you??We all know who was the real power behind behind Yugoslavia and her 4 lost "senseless" wars, just ask Tadic about it.

Azir,

“Slovenia ….attacked by Serbia during the early 1990's…”

Not true. Serbia did not attack Slovenia. There was a brief military conflict between Slovenia and Yugoslavia, (ten days war). At that time Yugoslavian premier was Croat Ante Markovic, and president was a Stjepan Mesic, also Croat. After Slovenia unilaterally proclaimed independency, troops of JNA (Yugoslav People’s Army) were ordered to take the control of Yugoslavian borders. Action was meant as a limited show of force, without fighting. That’s the reason that tanks rolled on the roads without proper fighting formation and without protection, without munitions and covered canons. Units of JNA consisted of recruits of different nationalities from all over the Yugoslavia. They were attacked by the Slovenian fighters equipped with a German anti tank rocket launchers.

Slovenia and Croatia were both attacked by Serbia during the early 1990's in what Tadic describes as "senseless wars", therefor it's understandable but necessary to stand up to the Balkan bully once again.Agim Ceku's role in helping Croatia's independance struggle shouldn't go unnoticed by the Croats. also what happened to Dubrovnik and other cities must not be fogotten, Croats will do the right thing.Hungary's interest in reconizing Kosova's independance is because Vojvodina's Hungarians deserve more than they have now and it's in their interest to do so.Remember, friendship involves giving and getting help when it's neeeded. In time Vojvodina will eventually benefit by Hungaria's smart decision.

I think the Kosmonauts stole some extension cords and then ran them to the USA.
Thats how they will continue to get their Hydro in the future. I hope nobody unplugs the extension cord because a "Black Out" might happen.

If the "inhabitants" of Kosovo are SOOO poor, without electricity, etc - please answer how you were able to throw such a party for one day?

Seems like it was a big waste as this is yesterday's news as no other country hastily recognized "your country" since.

You know the difference between the “will wait” and “will not”?
In this case we have “will wait”.
A renegade would be a “will not”.

Thanks Blero, as a matter of fact, I didn't know and am thankfull to you! But, you, that wasn't the purpose of my post...some subtility, thanks anyway

Bravo, our government successfully competes with Slovenian to have the strongest backbone in the region.

Serbs and Albanians can expect from us clear stance and independent opinion about everything.
