Serbia would be much better place for living without freaks such as Cedomir Jovanovic, perhaps without Velja Ilic as well.

Only because he questions the government?

if you religiously believe your politicians than another Slobodan Milosevic will arise in this "democratic" Serbia and this time Republic of Vojvodina emerges.

yesterday i warned that in this orgy of ultra-nationalism and hatred, as exemplified by posts we've been reading here for many months, someone could even end up getting killed (duh!) today it has happened. it really doesn't matter who died -- they were a human being, and died for hate and cheap cynical manipulation. sickening. this is not LIKE the milosevic era, this IS the milosevic era. serbia should be ashamed, big-time. but no, they are proud of their arrogance, their history, their war crimes, their war criminals, and those who have (and will?) bless them. democracy means nothing there, there are simply elections, but purely w/out democratic principles. the principles are of hate and chauvanism.

as for cedi jovanovic, honestly, i have lost count how many times your beloved patriots have tried to kill him -- 10? 12? 15? please, one of the brilliant, pro-democratic journalists at b-92 enlighten me. and here is another prediction: read between the lines... keep up this hate fest, and someone will get "lucky" with cedi. a few serb posters will express a bit of regret; the others will hail the killer as another great serb patriot. censor me now and 100 times, but i speak the truth. remind me, again, someone, what did yr djindjic die for?!

Mr. Jovanovic is "worth" less than 2% of Serbian electorate. I doubt there is any need for "the state" to have him in the cross-sight ... him, his party, his coalition and his supporters are pase...old story... This statement by Mr. Jovanovic is , yet another, poor display of desperate attention garbing ... Sad, quite honestly ..

I would prefer to have sell Kosovo 10 years ago, than give it away for free now. If I could go back in time, I believe 100USD would be a fair offer for that ...

Jovanovic, is a failed politician who gota mere 5.34% in the first round of the recent presidential election. There is no need for anyone to eliminate him and he is far from being the future of Serbia.

Cedomir Jovanovic went to far with his accusations. Come on –state led terrorism. He definitely lost his mind. Why doesn’t he asked himself how did he contribute in these actions against him and his headquarters? Serbia would be much better place for living without freaks such as Cedomir Jovanovic, perhaps without Velja Ilic as well.

"The center called on the police, courts and executive institutions to respect the Serbian constitution and laws, and called on all citizens to secure personal freedoms and security for their properties."

I almost have no comment after reading this article.
Serbia is and will be better off without these "patriots" like Ilic, or Kostunica or Samardzic.
Mr. Jovanovic is young and energetic, he is the future of Serbia. That's why they're trying to eliminate him, since he is a threat to the ruling party.
