Why don't we call this what it really is?
A bribe to recognize Kosovo. And if it happens the EU had better dig into this pockets to offer a similar bribe to Bulgaria and even Slovenia, they will need it as soon as Serbia cuts trade with Slovakia.
This basket case experiment in Kosovo will prove to be quite expensive!
