The government is looking at ways to stem the rising prices of bread, reports say.

So now even Serbia, with it's rich Vojvodina, the breadbasket of South Eastern Europe, needs to import wheat!?
And to ban exports while flooding the market with foreign wheat to undercut Serbia's own farmers is the best solution?
In every other country in the world, the Agriculture Ministry knows that planting time is when you ensure that enough seeding is done rather than waking up in the middle of the winter and saying "I'm hungry".
This is reminiscent of the way TIto starved people with failed collectivization after the war...
