HRW isn't much of an organization. This comes too little too late. With over 2/3 of minorities cleansed under the very EU/NATO oversight, it seems unrealistic to think that those same countries will have a change of heart regarding those same minorities. Funny that the numbers point to an ethnically cleansed Kosovo but that fact is unrecognized by the UN, EU and especially the Albanians - the ones doing the cleansing. Reconcilliation should start by arresting the KLA and finding out what they did to those moderate Albanians. Perhaps the CIA can waterboard Thaci and Ceku in Bondsteel.
