Its really eminent that Kosovo will be finally independent and 90% of kosovar dream will be finally realized. Its really non-understandable how serb goverment cant see that. I finally saw that serb students saw that today and inderectly pledging a trade for EU.
Russia really cant do nothing more than they did 1999. How did they "save" serbia then?
They have enough problems over there to care that much to fight USA and EU.
You people must know when Serbia and russia are choossing the "rule of law". How can that be rule of law when the most powerful states in world opose it. Who makes the law? The powerful states in world do. They are the law. As long as Usa is superpower albanians will never bee thretaned again.
Exept for the fact thhat Russia still has a seat in Security Council [and I say that still because few years more and russia will bee more parted] I dont consider russia more than Romania, Bulgaria or Slovakia. They are overwhelmed now and all that they can do is talk.
The best thing for serbs to do is realize is that komunizem dosent rule the world anymore.

As K albs are masters of their own destiny, why the hesitation in announcing independence?
Are"Albanian as a second language" courses bursting with Serbs in preparation for this much delayed declaration?

"Peggy, I am glad that you have finally unveiled your true intentions and unequivocally support the legacy of Milosevic.

Independence or not, Albanians will have their self-determination (power) because that is one of the hallmarks of democracy, something that Serbia has been preaching lately.

But such propaganda is apparent when the likes of Peggy, who represent the vast majority of Serbs, clamor for the trampling of Albanian rights.

So much for good faith in Serbia...and you want Albanians to trust you? Trust is about principles, not the suspension of autonomies and state-sponsored ethnic cleansing.
(Ptoleme, 11 February 2008 00:29)"

The only rights I see being trampled on everyday are the rights of the Serbs to preserve their state. You people have no respect.

Ptoleme, Where did I mention Milosevic? You have said so much about what I was supposed to have said.

Now, when I said that Albanians will never have power in Kosovo I mean that the EU will have all the power along with NATO.

I hope I have cleared that up for you now.

Maybe you should stop reading too much into people's comments. Sometimes things aren't the way you see them.

EA, it's easy to talk tough when you have others doing your fighting and dirty work for you.

Stop talking tough as you Albanians have no power whatsoever in Kosovo and never will.

Thanks for letting us know!Kosovars need to be clear about their future as soon as possible. Russia can help by telling Serbia enough is enough by destabilising the region and causing trouble and concerns. Otherwise we have to talk again about who will feel humiliated.
