This clearly shows a scorched earth policy and that the destruction of the houses wasn't due to the fighting or Serb soldiers using the houses. It was a systematic destruction of Serb civilian property so they couldn't exist there. That is part of thorough ethnic cleansing. There would have been hundreds of Croat and mercenary criminals responsible for this.
