Azir, You would like nothing better than to ethnically cleanse every Serb from the Balkans. Your last post hints at that.

Serbs are on their land and they don't need to go and grab other people's land and they don't want to do that. This is something that Alanians are into.

Maybe Serbia's good relations with Russia and other neighbours worris you and that's why you suggest that Serbian people leave and go to Russia and set up camp there. If Serbs did that, great many people would miss them. Serbia has more friends than you want to admit to I know, but that's the reality.

These same friends and neighbours will stand by Serbia and will not allow Albanians to illegally take something which was never theirs. These same countries have nothing to fear from the Serbs but everything to fear from the Albanians who have made their intentions of uniting all Albanians in one country well known.

Tesla you must know by now that the Serbs original homeland is much further up north with the same country it share it's "historical, cultural and religious "background. Hey, maybe the Serbs can claim a percentage of Russia's oil and natural gas profits as being part of their "real estate" due to their slavic inheritance?? Or better yet the Serbs can enjoy autonomy in Russia's vast land area equaling the same amount of space occupied in the Balkans. They should realy get back to their roots, where ever that may led them.Don't you agree?

EA,

If Serbia lost control so long ago, why does 1244 guarantee that Kosovo is still hers? What about the north? What about the many Serb settlements throughout Kosovo that live in a parallel state with Serbia proper, who will never submit to Albanian rule?

How has Serbia lost control?

True we do not wish to control the daily lives of Albanians but Serbia will retain sovereignty over every inch of its sacred soil. It is futile (and laughable) to try to convince Serbs on B92 to give up even an inch of its soil. What are you honestly trying to accomplish?

Enjoy your autonomy, but remember to whom the real estate belongs to.

It will not change much whoever is the president of Serbia, because in Serbia, the Premier is the one who "decides" whether all the Serbs eat so-called EU carrots (by the way carrots grown in Serbia generally taste better).

However, Serbia's historical conections with Russia, should never be underestimated (despite disaterous failures of Russia to protect the Serbs in the recent past), and regrdless what the EU (Germany), the muslim World and the USA say! In USA, the Serbs will continue to be "designated bad guys" while Albanians, Bosnian Muslims, Croatians, Germans, Austrians, Hungarians, Italians, Scandinavians (you name it) in Kosovo will never have a say anyway. Albanians in Kosovo still believe that Bill Clinton speaks on their behalf - yeahh sure!).

"Solving the Kosova's issue is not a matter of "complying with international law" as Serbia and Russia claims. Kosova issue is a matter with the wishes of USA and Europe on one side and Serbia and Russia on the other side.
Let's be REAL for God's sake!
The REALITY is that Serbia as a sovereign country has lost control over Kosova many years ago. These are FACTS! Who can not see that doesn't want to see.
(EA, 30 January 2008 12:33)"

By the same logic, the Israelis conquered the Golan Heights in 1967, expel the Syrians there and set up so many Jewish settlement there. Syria has to all intents, lost the Golan Heights. Legally however her sovereignty remains intact as far as the UN is concerned even 40 years later!

One more thng, Serbia lost control over Kosovo below the Ibar. The northern inhabitants are still overwhelmingly loyal to Belgrade.
