Counting your chickens before they're hatched. Putting the cart before the horse.

Sound familiar?

Waste of time guys. Serbia already has a constitution and Kosovo is part of Serbia. How can you have a constitution without a country?

Waste of time.

Just a PROVINCIAL constitution.

Guys, let's stop this nonsense! Kosovo is just a Albanian populated Serbian province.

Like there are Dutch people in Belgium and France!

To all: please get a life!
To KS: please really get a life! Your country is Serbia. You can be Albanian. Fine! Great! But Kosovo is Serbian.

Or you want to create 200 more new states the next year?

Kosovo is not worth it!

Mft,

That web page is the official web page from the Government of Kosova.

In the upper right corner of the page you will see the language options.

Under the existing constitutional framework, the Government of Kosova is required to publish all official documents and legislation in the three official languages of Kosova (Albanian, English and Serbian).

www.ustavkosova.info seems like a serbian government page not albanian. Why should Kosovo government use a serbian (language) page?

Very cool! Finally. But there are some issues.

As B92 wrote:

"The first phase of discussions is expected to finish by February 8, after which the second phase will begin, which should end with the adoption of the Constitution by the Kosovo parliament."

Very good.

"Officials expect the Constitution to be adopted shortly after independence is declared."

Very good, no independence without Constitution.

Let's see the link to the document:

http://www.ustavkosova.info/?cid=2,197

"Welcome from the Chairperson
A Constitution is the very foundation of a democratic society. The drafting of such an important and sensitive document is a delicate task that must be undertaken as part of a longer and coordinated process."

Again, LONGER AND COORDINATED PROCESS.

Now as Russians say:

(impossible to understand without 'half-litre' /vodka/).

I feel, I need urgently some serious "Slivovica" or, better, "Skanderbeu".

Thanks!

The participatory process! Another interesting cosmetic ploy. Oh, I'm sorry, I mean a significant step toward democracy. You can be certain that any Albanians in Kosovo who don't tote the party line will continue to be dealt with without mercy by the "former" KLA.
