Why is Dragan Šutanovac even talking to the press? its not his place to talk, he is not a politician but a military man. Perhaps he wants to change jobs? and if Nikolic wins, you can be sure that he will fire Mr. Šutanovac.

EU has become dominated by a "few" who dictate to the rest - hardly democratic!

Serbia should be clear that it does not enter into this Faustian bargain of promises for the future in return for its heart and cultural soul!

The EU works in such a way that those countries with greater population have more ifluence, as they represent the views of a greater number of people 9that is after all democracy).
Italy, Germany, Uk and France have more than half the EU population combined, so of course they will dominate. You can't really expect that Malta (with 500,000 people) should be able to pull as many punches as Germany (pop 80 million). That is the way it works with everything in the world. However by being members, the smaller states do get influence and have a say, and in some areas where qualified voting is applied, get more of a say than their populations would suggest. Therefore the EU actually increases the power of these countries. For instance, as Norway and Iceland are not EU members no one really cares what their Kosovo opinion is as they will have no EU influence, yet small countries like Cyprus are having their views reported.
