Opera, circus bans end in Turkmenistan

President Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov of Turkmenistan reversed his predecessor's ban on operas and circuses, the AP says.

The destruction of evil Soviet Union, led by tyrannic rule of Gorbachyov was the begin of Turkmen nation's glorious rise to independence, freedom and all great things. That could not be achieved without heroic lead of Sapamurat Niyazov, Sun of the Suns, Living God of all Humans. Even as the Sun did set, his golden-shining glory is brighter than million Supernova.

This is a great example, independence is not necessary freedom. In a country where the local ex-KPSS mafia is the law strange things can happen.
