one day you will realize that if you cannot stand living on serbian soil, you will be free to choose another place in europe that serves your purposes.
but, don´t fool yourself, this is not about "greater Serbia" and other nonsense you´ve been taught from your childhood-days....

this is about european values, the rule of law, international law, moral and justice.

in all those area´s the K-albanians have still much to learn.

Whoever said this is just a moral issue has to grow up. Ask the USA senators if the Turks commited genocide against the Armenians and you'll only get a bunch of humming and hawing and reasons why it's not good to discuss this issue. If Turkey didn't have natural resources, pipeline routes, and a large market for American Business people to exploit they would have done the moral thing and recognized the millions of people murdered fate as genocide. As it was, money was the deciding factor and true victims of genocide will probably now never ever receive justice they deserve.

KS and all the other Albanians, please stop with this greater Serbia rubbish.
Since when retaining Kosovo withing Serbia's borders makes it greater Serbia?

Kosovo was and will remain Serbian and that does not mena Serbia is expanding. It only means that Serbia is retaining it's present borders.

This greater Serbia is such a lame attempt to fool people into thinking that Serbia is imperialistic.

yeah baby,

"isolated" serbia with it´s 250 million people market (russia free trade agreement and cefta) is much too sexy.

we don´t have higher living standards or more foreign direct investment then romania or bulgaria because of our beutiful eyes.

slovenia LIVES because of russia and serbia.

they are much too clever to build theit future on hot air from eusa.

they will still produce in serbia and therefore be no foreigner to the russian market and pay no taxes!

i wonder if the indiependent-of-hearts will boycott slovenians produts too, of course after serbian produts that make 90% in the food industry.

Say what you will about Slovenia's political stands but do not embarrass yourselves by denigrating its economic achievements.Slovenia is a country of only 2 million people which exports $20 BILLION worth of goods on an annual basis most of them to the EU market.Their products are high quality and this is a fact.

After number 8 comes 9 not 10. Even if you're counting Kosovars as "Serbian citizens" than not being allowed to vote is enough reason for Republic of Kosova.

One day you will realize that our people can't live together in Greater Serbia. Everyone has their own wants and needs. Kosovars, will not go back. This is about the will of 2 million people.

Michael John,

No Michael, there is no difference, that you can try to prove yourslef. I my self, do not buy Slovenian products for many reasons. One of them if we speak about food products I do not buy becuase I believe that Serbian food is better (but it is matter of taste). Thier juices cannot be compared with Serbian juices is one example. Speaking about techical goods I choose something better not becuase I am rich but not enough rich to buy cheap-this is an old jewish maxim.

If I lived in Serbia, I would not buy a single Slovenian product and I hope Serbs can see through their "friends' help". They left you in the chaos (seceding from the ex-YU without any thought about the consequences for the rest of their countrymen), and now they sell their low-quality products to gullible Serbs again. Now they need you again to gain more profit while promoting independent "Kosova". Serbs, be smart, don't fall for their trickery again.

Michael John

bnrusila,

You fail to understand that there exists various levels of Slovenian products for export. Those consumed in Serbia are of the lowest quality. The reason for this is purely economic on Serbia's part. Obviously, the standard of living in Serbia is quite low and therefore that is all that is affordable for the average person. I'm sure you must have experienced that for yourself.

Interesting.

But above all this is a MORAL issue: may a part of state split off without consent of the rest of the state?

If you say YES to this let's welcome a 100 states more this year!

After all: Kosovo is a province, it was NOT a Yugoslave state!

For this reason, he pleaded with the minister to make sure that Slovenia is "careful when it comes to Kosovo's status," since "all of Slovenia's economy, to a high degree, depends on the Western Balkans."

-Rightly said. Slovenia is aware of this and that is the reason why Sloevnia is running all over the Europe urging them to sign SAA with Serbia as soon as possible. Slovenia thought that by doing so Serbia won't recognise what is all about. Slovenia tries to play by the EU rules and act as good and faitful EU memeber but still would like to preserve bilateral relations with Serbia in order to ensure the huge market for its goods. Slovenian products can be hardly seen in Western European market and the sale of the products is extremly bad, therefore they are largely dependant of us as the biggest Balkan market. Even nowadays Slovenian goods do not score good sale even in Serbia and they suffer some losses.

Jovan

pre 16 godina

Mr. Rupel should not ignore this, I guess.

personally, I do not buy slovenian products for several reasons, but if they should act in violation of international law against the territorial integrity of Serbia, THAT would be a REAL reason for a boycott.
