"Stop manipulating the Serbs in northern Kosova! They are part of Kosova's history and will be much better off in an independent Kosova. Parel sistem in Kosova will not work for very long, just wait and see!

Why don't you let the K-Serbs decide for themeselves? Why not hold an OCSE or UN-supervised referendum for K-Serbs to see whether they want to remain with Belgrade or not? That's the most objective and transparent way. But I will predict confidently that Pristina wouldn't like the results.

For the posters who aren't able to read a map Ranliug is in the south-east portion of Kosovo no the boundary of the Gnjilane/ Kosovska Kamenica municipalities. That is not Northern Kosovo. Secondly Belgrade gov't has competing elements in it due to parliamentary gov't.

During my time in the province working with the CCK in the MNTF-E region was a failure. Serbs in members of the medical institutions, education, electro Kos-Met, religious institutions, are far more cooperative and willing to participate with the Intl powers that be.

I can see where the CCK would be coming from, that Belgrade is the legitamite governing body of Kosovo. But the facts remain that at the present time, their hands are tied. This is what caused Serbs communites to miss out on $$$ when the int'l community was totally foucsed on Kosovo.

The Serb community really does need the most help, and the west should be actively stimulating the returns process instead of being a barricade to them.

I think it's perfectly fine that Serbian government invests in kindergardens in Kosovo. They will not be allowed to collect taxes though, and with that in mind they should be allowed, even encouraged to invest in other peaceful enterprises. Let's see how long before they get tired of it.

This proves that Serbia wants to invest in Kosmet [Kosovo-Metohija] and that it treats this area as its inseparable part,"

-That is how it should be and I would also urge you to open more government offices that could take good care of Serbs and their needs. They must be asured that Serbia will never give up on them and that they can count on Belgrade any time.

Presevo valley, they are showing loyal to the state they are in, WHY the government do not invest in those areas. Kosovars of serb etnicity want to bileve that Belegrade will help them, in a near future they eventualy will wake up and ask Thaci for help. So, humiliating!
