Rehn knows only too well that there will be no EU mission without Serbia's consent - its all political spin to keep the US's puppets (or should I say muppets!) under control.
Why I state this with total confidence note two points in the article;

- key point mission before any declaration and link that in with when the mission will be sent;
"The Slovenian chief of diplomacy also said that the planned EU mission's technical details should be agreed on during February, while the mission itself "would not be deployed before May.""
- viola we will talk in February about a "possible" mission that wont be sent till May at the earliest and that must be in place first before any declaration!
Keep the ethnic-Albanians thinking they will be given all they were promised but once more extend the timeline. This so called mission will not be deployed until May (as it stands now but guess that may change too in the February EU chit chat) and only ater the EU misssion is in place will the EU "apparently" deliver on this illegal declaration of dependence - so much for the "within weeks" !
This is becoming hilarious week by week, month by month and year by year how the so called deadline continues to change!
