Bulgaria, Russia seal pipeline deal

Bulgarian and Russian officials signed a deal for the former’s participation in the Russo-Italian pipeline, South Stream.

I agree with you Prinip.
As BBC stated Serbia is expected to be major gas hub after Russian proposal. It is up to us now to take it or reject it. I hope we will take it.

I really cant understand teh hold up in signing the agreement especially given that this is in the interets of securing and guaranteeing energy supplies for the next 30 years - something that no other competitor could ensure!

Moreover the Bulgarians, Italian and Greeks are all involved in one way or other and yet they are all EU members. Get the best price by all means but dont undervalue the future benefits that this agreement will bring by suggesting others would pay more now - that is short sighted and hardly a way to run an economy for a better future !
