Mr Bob Petrovich .... if Serbia were ever to get such a compensation payment then it would have to pay Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo for all of the damage inflicted due to Serbia's vain attempt of territorial expansion. Perhaps also pay for the genocide in Srebrenica, perhaps pay for the bombing damage to Vukovar, Dubrovnik and 1000s of other place in ex-Yu. The compensation Serbs demand would nowhere near cover the damage in Croatia, Bosnia, etc

Serbia should say to EU - the price of not having Russian missiles in the middle of EU is hands-off Kosovo plus $60B reparation for damage done in 1999.
