KS I don't think you understand what this article is going on about - though that is partly due to it being written badly.
It is mainly talking about the Montenegrin Orthodox Church, despite being founded in 1993, laying claim to all Serbian Orthodox churches, monasteries and chapels in Montenegro.

What a shocking surprise...considering how this is what I was saying since day one. Hey Serb Camp, I thought the dispute was that there were "certain" procedures with the Church...not political reasons.
