My old family palace is on the market for $1.65 Million US. Its has no roof or floors and on the road going to it, two cars can not pass one another.

Another act of propaganda by Djukanovic & Co. Recently in Britain it was reported that the Montenegrin property prises stopped having increases and levelled off. Thus making ownership of property in Montenegro less profitable. This has been reported in Montenegro and in this property price dependant market fears rose of a property bubble burst and a massive fall in property prices soon. Basically to alleviate fears Djukanovic & Co. turned to disinofrmation to say "Why would an investment like this take place if this was the case."

As Tsar Milo would have expressed it:
"this shows that Montenegros economy is healthy and improving..."

But he would have forgot to ad that it makes only his friends that own the building companies richer, it hardly improves the ordinary montenegrin guys life...

This is great news for the ordinary Montenegrin on an average monthly salary of 366 Euro's http://www.seenews.com/news/latestnews/montenegro_snovnetsalaryup3_1_m_m-table-175033/ - s/he can now only dream of views to the sea from his/her home.

In all likelyhood these flats being sold are owned by non-Montenegrins who are making vast profits from their developments - hardly an example of "free market" economics which trickles down - more like floods out!
