- in which case if they truly do want Serbia's signature on the 28th Jan they must understand that SAA implies continued Sovereignity and territorial integrity and must be a clear and specific part of the contract i.e it clearly states - Sovereign Republic of Serbia as Recognised in the UN and its resolutions and must be respected as such by all EU members with the immediate seccesation of talk of its dismemberment and partition!

The Serbian electorate are not fools and putting off the decision over sending their 1800 police without a new resolution in the UN i.e. without negotiations and agreement of Serbia nullifies SAA since it is flagrant act against Serbia's sovereignity, its contitution, all international norms and laws and perversly against the very foundations of the EU itself!

Tadic as the current President needs to make his opinion very clear to the EU if he wishes to continue since the vast majority of Serbs do want both Kosovo and EU but will forgo what little promises the EU suggest in the future if they continue to insist on forcefully dismembering and partition the UN recognised, Sovereign, European and Democratic Republic of Serbia. Way back in the summer it was made very clear that this indeed is the case and even reported in western media so they can hardly be ignorant of the fact;

Jeremic has been an excellent Foreign Minister but Tadic must now ensure his Presidential candidacy and uphold the Serbian contitution implicitly.

Rupel added that he would also be meeting with his Dutch colleague whom he would attempt to persuade not to stand in the way of signing the agreement

No one really cares for Hague and Mladic. We all know that Hague and Mladic would be forgotten in a second after Serbia change its course towards Kosovo. You all just use Hague and Mladic as an excuse or better say as blackmail. But guess what, accept the fact that Serbia won't change its stance. Serbia is more unified than ever over Kosovo issue. It would be better to pursuade your collegues to make a new resolution within the UNSC. Mr Rupel pursuade them to respect resolution 1244 and make new reolution that will still guarantee Serbia's sovereignity over its Sothern province of Kosovo and Metohija.

Make and bring their own laws yours are of course not good did you not know. To their liking just to make it all look and pretend to be legal in case those country's start to complain how they are treated and robed. So they can say they are the ones breaking the laws need to be severely punished. Those that dare to speak up and rock the boat and question good order of things need to be placed under criminal investigations and jail time. Naturally until they learn and are educated to change their criminally inspired wayward ways.

When are Serbia's politicians going to start putting the people of Serbia first instead of their own self interests!

It is very clear what Serbia has to do to avoid being isolated from the rest of Europe. Being stubborn and nationalistic are traits that will not get Serbia to be accepted as a member of civilized Europe.

The only alternative, and not a particularly rational one, is to align themselves with Russia and once again be exploited. The Serbian People deserve better than that.

We all know what needs to be done if Serbia is to be part of Europe otherwise Serbia should get ready for a big bearhug!

Even if they brake the law, Kosovo never will be independent and Serbia won’t be a member of EU.
