They should start with ensuring all the Serbian citizens in its province are enabled the right to full participation in Serbian Presidential elections and the UN should be facilitating this too!

In other words, external governments (US, UK, etc...) interfering in Serbian elections to influence votes for their preferred candidate(s).

This should be banned as far as I'm concerned. There should be no external interference with voting.
