In fact, the last 9 or so years, the west has produced more misery, economic collapse, electricity shortages, loathing and unemployement than Milosevic's rule EVER DID...
I've personally even stopped blaming the Albanians for the current situation, and believe the blame should be pointed on the shoulders of the Western governments directly involved..

Many of the homes of these Kosovo Serbs are being rented out to the international community for big bucks after they were stolen by the Albanians. And in the places were Serbs stay they can't work their land for fear of being shot or attacked and having their livestock stolen by the Albanians.

They don’t change the status of IDP because your government does not want them. Your government does not even pay money for their survival. Honestly speaking we care about Serbs as much Serbia cares about Albanians, no more no less.
