There shouldn't be extraditions to the Hague. It is a political court, and the prisoners there are political prisoners regardless of their nationality.

The one thing that all parties agree on is that prosecutions are politically motivated at The Hague. The defendants know it Milosevic said so repeatedly during his trial, and the prosecutors know it.

In the wake of Milosevic's trial we had this uglyness with Geoffrey Nice and Carla del Ponte trading accusations of politics. Florence Hartmann said that Nice was working with MI6 to undermine the Tribunal, and Nice accused del Ponte of being an "amateur politician" and cutting deals with Serbia to block the evidence against Milosevic.

The whole thing is absurd. the Hague court has no credibility. Nobody should be sent there, and anybody who was imprisoned by that court should be set free.

If this is the EU's idea of justice, they can keep it.

The Hague is a joke. The US and NATO are exempt from prosecution and so are the Albanian leaders.

As long as this double standard exist no other Serbian should be sent there!

It is about time Serbs stopped sending their citizens to foreign courts, what a disgrace that has been!! Do Americans send their citizens?
