yeah Blero, you know your koha-ditore-history by heart... I believe you that.

(Jovan, 7 January 2008 21:18)

Dear Jovan,

I know that you will not believe this but I have never read any article from Koha Ditore.
I am also not claiming to know the Serbian history (or at least the Serbian Version of the History of Balkan).
But I know this.
Your knowledge of anything that has to do with Albanian history is so poor that compares to the knowledge that my 1 year daughter has in that matter.
Little knowledge is a dangerous thing Jovan, however when that little knowledge is used in the way you are doing it simply becomes disastrous.

So, we don’t keep on commenting in each others comments can we please agree on the following?

You know and accept the Serbian version of the history of Albanians and Serbians. whereas I know and accept the Albanian version of it. I know that you will say that there is only one version of a history (but which one is true then????)

I do not see these two trains meeting at any point.
Therefore once again, please do not try to teach us our history. We have our historians that get paid for that job (and you might not believe this, but they do a better job then you).
In return I will not try to teach you your history.

Jovan

yeah Blero, you know your koha-ditore-history by heart... I believe you that.

but all you do ( not you personally, I mean most Albanians here ) is referring to some Encyclopedia Brittanica editions from 1911, since that was the last editon that printed that nonsense...

you certainly are also saying that those US-american archeological-histiorian teams in the late 80ies were paid by Tito, to declare the illyrian myth as what it is, a mere illusion.

but you may continue to think whatever you want... since Serbia is a free country, you can even believe to be the descendent of Elvis...

@Lenard:

Duklija,Travunja,Zahumlje and Paganija...were all serbian lands in the early middle ages. why don´t you educate yourself befor accusing me of writing propaganda? why don´t you just check it, before you dare to type that kind of accusations? I do not expect an answer on that, for obvious reasons.

arrogance is ( sad but true ) what the Albanians are displaying here! it´s you who is threatening with violence if you do not get what you want, actually, isn´t that quite a childish behaviour?

Jovan: We should send you to explain to the Croatians south of Split. Maybe for the hole of former Yugoslavia on your theories that their all Serbs but just don't know it yet and your their to shed Serbian light on them.

Jovan,

I cannot recall when, but I did read somewhere that there was a Serbian that lived in China a while ago.

I guess that makes China Serbian!

Also I find amusing your comment (below).

‘’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’
it is each and everytime very frightening to witness HOW LITTLE most of the writers here know about their own history, not only Albanians, but also Serbs or Croats.
‘’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’

I find is amusing for three facts:

1. Albanians are put first in the list (as per your words “not only Albanians”).
2. You added Serbs to "prove" that your comment is not biased
3. Your attempts to give history lessons to Albanians and Croats. Who are next: Slovenians, Bosnians and Macedonians?

I can assure you that Albanians know their history better that you while in their sleep.
Once again Jovan, please stop giving us history lessons. We know who we are, where we lived, who are ancestors are. So do you and you do not see me trying to give you history lessons.

To finalise my comment I find your next comment offensive:

‘’’’’’’’’
unbelievable. you are almost all arguing with some superficial knowledge here.
‘’’’’’’’’’’’’’’

Just because you might not accept other peoples views (or those that are not in line with your view of the Balkans history) you should not resolve to arrogance. You might have a degree in Serbian history but comments like that put you in a different view.

SinSity,

it is very likely that you even realy believe what you wrote about the Serbs in the areas of todays Croatia.

just one hint for you, at the times when the Serbs settled there in greater numbers they did so, not only because they were settled there by the austro-hungarian powers, but also because there were ALREADY Serbs living there.

SinSity, just in case you are a Croatian, the whole mediterranean coast up to the region of todays coast-city Split was once serbian inhabited land.

you probably did not know that, and that a part of todays croatian population descends from catholicized Serbs, who were assimilated through the centuries.

it is each and everytime very frightening to witness HOW LITTLE most of the writers here know about their own history, not only Albanians, but also Serbs or Croats.

unbelievable. you are almost all arguing with some superficial knowledge here.

it´s no wonder some war-profiteers could use that in order to inflict hatred among the balkan-nations.

Dear Serb Posters Kosovo status resolution is going on its projected path. The road to Kosovo's independence is all but inevitable. No human-made law, national or international, will be able to stop the march of 2 million people in their historical quest to make the final step towards complete national sovereignty.

Zoran, get your facts right. Serbs arrived in Croatia in the 16th and 17th centuries after fleeing the Turks so therefore the lands they settled were Croatian before that. The Austrians settled Serbs in areas of Croatia that were affected by Turkish invasions. Secondly the areas where Serbs lived also had Croats. Only a couple of districts were entirely populated by Serbs. The Serbs arrived in Croatia as guests but failed to respect the country where they settled.

"Kostunica is a warmonger, why do you think he poses with Kalashnikov's (ak-47)?
(KS, 6 January 2008 14:44)"

because at that time, as he has repeatedly publicly said, he was not that sensitized in regard to the negative impression it would make, he himself said afterwards said it was insensitive and not really smart since he was not aware, that the journalist who asked him to pose with it would make such a "story" of it.
and as we can see in the reiterated critics of the albanian boys here, it was indeed not very smart to follow the journalist request to pose with that rifle.

what is interesting, not one single albanian poster seems to feel the necessity to critisize ceku or taci for terrorizing the civilian population of the serbian province with guns like that...

in that case, it seems to be okay for the albanian posters...

strange approach, indeed.

Its now January 6, and soon it will be February 6 and so on, when will the Albanians figure out a new Muslim state will not be created in the heart of Europe by stealing 15% of a sovereign nation.

To clean cut and the rest of the 'greater albania' dreamers:
Kostunica is the main reason that your 'greater albania' plan has failed. His close relations and lobbying of Russia have killed your dream of stealing sacred Serbian land. So I say go ahead and keep belittling and insulting great diplomats like Kostunica and Putin, it will only help us. We have the Russian veto in our pocket (and probably a Chinese one too), we have most of the world on our side (despite all the propoganda you hear), we have a divided EU with several countries who are dead against unilateral independence, we have a growing economy, we have control of north Kosovo which happens to control your water supplies, we have international law and justice on our side, we know we are right and we will never surrender.
What do you have? You have America troops who will not stay in Kosovo forever. Do you know what will happen when they eventually leave, with Serbia still legally owning Kosovo? Think about it.
You are better off trying to be good Serbian citizens instead of supporting terrorism and separatism. Kosovo has always been Serbian, and it always will be, don't you forget that.
Cheers!

Lenard; Greater Serbia? What about Greater Croatia? 300,000 Serbs ethnically cleansed from lands that have been Serbian for centuries. Kostinica is just a populist politician like the majority of the politicians in the Balkans.

The only difference is that being a Serbian politician- a generator of violence in the Balkans, he should be more prudent in his statements. But hi is not. His policy ‘with me or against me’ is a cheep bluffing- since EU will not isolate Serbia and he knows this very well.

The only thing he can do now is to bluff, since his moral is compatible with this type of politics.

In meanwhile the preparations of the deployment of the EU presence in Kosova are going well, after the deployment, it will follow the declaration of independence then the recognition by US, EU and the rest of the world. Very soon Russia will recognize Kosova as well. When the democracy will shine in Serbia, Kosova will be recognized by Serbia as well, but as you can imagine Kosova can live with this delay, it’s residual issue.

Yes that's absolutely right. It's their choice. The Serbian government has to take sharp measures against any country that decides to support unilateral declaration of independance. Companies from such countries must be barred from participation in the privatization process. Those already in the country should be scrutinized more closely e.g. their financial books, environmental, health standards etc. This should be conducted in a transparent way to show that the government can and will punish those countries which do not respect Serbian constitution and laws.

Thanks.

What happen to Dec 10, NOTHING! What happened to the beginning of January? NOTHING! what will happen next month? NOTHING!
-----------------------------

If you were to bet on 'nothing' ever happening you would lose. The former Yugoslav province of Kosovo, a constituent member of the now defunct confederation, will declare independence unilaterally and will be joined to Albania.

Dear Serb Posters Kosovo status resolution is going on its projected path. The road to Kosovo's independence is all but inevitable. No human-made law, national or international, will be able to stop the march of 2 million people in their historical quest to make the final step towards complete national sovereignty.

Cheers!

Dragan, what will happen when the American troops leave?
Another 1999?
Is this a threat that you are posting?

Please refrain yourself from comments like this.

Jovan: We should send you to explain to the Croatians south of Split. That they are really Orthodox Serbs that their ancestars were not very smart and were duped and you Jovan have the hole Serb truth because your so intelligent lets see how far you get. Maybe for the hole of former Yugoslavia on your theories that their all Serbs but just don't know it yet and your their to shed Serbian light on them.

Dream on, Clean Cut. At least Kostunica has the guts to stand up for his country's integrity and challenge the EU to abide by international law. As an EU citizen I am quite appalled by the actions of some of its members.

Jovan

don´t worry, there won´t be neither a clean cut, nor is there any advantage for your greater-albania-cause created by Mr. Koštunica´s statement.

you are just filled up with misinformation of your albanian yellow-papers...

and those comments about everything being in your interest, I mean everything the serbian prime-minister says...are nothing but laughable.

Lenard; Greater Serbia? What about Greater Croatia? 300,000 Serbs ethnically cleansed from lands that have been Serbian for centuries. Was the Dalmatian Coast all the way to Dubrovnik historically part of Croatia? Talk about hypocrisy!! Trying to keep lands that have belonged to your people for centuries is not expansion, but taking land that never was yours is (Krajina, Southern Dalmatia)!

Thanks.

Naim said >> Kostunica think he can scare the European union, that has so much more power then ever had in his entire life.

Naim it is quite clear that the EU is scared, otherwise you would have been independent by now. And why shouldn't they be scared, they are thinking of destroying international law, this is not something you consider lightly.

Its now January 6, and soon it will be February 6 and so on, when will the Albanians figure out a new Muslim state will not be created in the heart of Europe by stealing 15% of a sovereign nation.

Dear Fatmir, he has already stopped the USA, are you independent? NO! What happen to Dec 10, NOTHING! What happened to the beginning of January? NOTHING! what will happen next month? NOTHING!

I think its pretty clear that he has stopped the US!

SinSity,

it is very likely that you even realy believe what you wrote about the Serbs in the areas of todays Croatia.

just one hint for you, at the times when the Serbs settled there in greater numbers they did so, not only because they were settled there by the austro-hungarian powers, but also because there were ALREADY Serbs living there.

Jovan

pre 16 godina

yeah Blero, you know your koha-ditore-history by heart...

@Lenard:

Blero
