Ahmet, do you know if B92 pulled up to an albanian village to bring gifts do you think they would accept them? Nope, because they are taught not take stuff from Serbs thinking it is either poisoned or something. Just Serb kids, and who is at fault the Adults who teach there kids to hate. That is the going to be the down fall of Kosovo. Next time Ahmet maybe add that in there.

Hi (Well done)
Can you please send us (www.sportinghearts.org) some contact number or e-mail address
for groups or individuals working with kids in these enclaves.

But please no politicians or political parties.

Access to roads leading to so called enclaves were not cleared. Thsi pure propagnada, becaseu none of secondary roads throughout Kosova are not cleared of snow, so stop making it look like only on so called enclaves.
I think b92 should have sent some gifts to Albanian children as well to show that b92 cares for people regardless of their ethnic backround.

if you people gave one little damn about the children there you would encourage dialogue between people, in kosovo/a and between serbs and kosovar albanians (and others), rather than all of the huff and puff nationalist. please don't drag the children into your ugly hating world, though of course you will. the usual hate-fest.

Its sad that these kids are held hostage to enclaves by their so-called peace loving friends the K-Albanians. But with a military escort B92 arived safely to make some kids forget that they are not welcome in Kosovo.

What a nice thing for B92 to do. I think a good idea also is to give presents of music instruments - flutes, harmonicas, guitars etc. and have musicians or music teachers visit as well. This will give the children and outlet - something to do and practice as they are confined all the time to their homes/ghettos.

I am afraid that most of these children will be celebrating their next New Year (2009) in refugee camps scattered all over Serbia while Albanian counterparts will be celebrating in their homes. O tempora, o mores

How sad that the Serbs in Kosovo are confined to "enclaves" protected by international troops because of threats coming from the Albanian population.

If Kosovo Albanians cannot even be trusted to respect the basic human rights of non-Albanians who live among them (as even the Ahtisaari plan recognizes, hence the "supervision" and guarantees for kosovo serbs), how can the international community justify granting them their own independent country?

Excellent work B92 for giving these children the opportunity to have some semblance of a normal life around the holidays. These children and their families are going to need the continued support of all Serbs and other concerned citizens in the months ahead.
