I disagree with the previous comments and think that B92 is absolutely right to report this. Anyone who holds a position of trust either in the Public Sector and especially in the government is open to scrutiny.

If they have serious criminal proceedings against them such as in this case, and have been suspended from their post, of course the public, the voters, have the right to know about it.

If this man is found guilty he should be suspended from his political post, and if he is found not guilty then I am sure that it will also be reported by B92 with the same prominence.

The moment that this case became an official criminal proceeding it became public domain information. The journalists are just doing their job properly, and if he is found guilty and allowed to remain in his post it will reflect very badly on the party.

By the way Happy Christmas to all posters and all B92 staff.

This reporting is really disgusting, B92. If a man is accused of a crime, what does his party affiliation have to do with it? If I hit my girl friend tomorrow, which I would never do, should the press mention that I am a registered Republican, of which George Bush is the head of? This is a cheap shot B92 - did you mention it because he holds some low-level position in the DDS, and you wanted to associate Kostunica's name with him? I am beginning to believe that some of your reporting is biased - but then, what media is not? The press is financed by MONEY and people with MONEY, like everything else in this corrupt world. People criticized Communist press as propoganda once, is today's so-called, free-press, any different? Nothing is free.
