How about the Albanian and Croatian "war criminals" who committed attrocities on the Serbs - or is it just the Serbs who are war criminals? Is their justice attainable?

Folks,

there is no such thing as a fair, equiatble or impartial international justice. The strong do as they please while the weak do as they must. It seems that if you side with America and her imperial agenda, it seems you can act with impunity without fear of recourse in a court of law. Just ask why Bush or the US will not sign up to the ICC.

Observer is right, its just so one sided.

I really do not understand you Serbians complaining about albanians for the Hague. One thing is a fact that as soon as Ramush Haradinaj was accused from the Hague he went straight to Hague the next day. He did not hide at all but gave himself to Hague while your Mladic and Karadzic are hiding like rabbits.
Therefore why do you complain about the albanians when every albanian accused by the Hague has been sent to Hague. There is not even ONE albanian hiding from the Hague while you have the two main serbians who are still hiding.
Do not twist things into your favor because the world does not believe in your twists anymore.

His "serb hero" days are outnumbert, maybe serbia should choose it's heroes differently and by different deeds they did for serbia.

You seem to be very active in getting Serbian "war criminals" to justice. How about the Albanian and Croation "war criminals" who committed attrocities on the Serbs - or is it just the Serbs who are war criminals? Is their justice attainable?

Observer,
your comment is ridiculous.
The big two where the main ones of killings in Bosnia. They gave the orders.
Until the are handed over, Serbia is not going anywhere as far as EU, or elsewhere.

112 war crimes trials in Serbia and 42 sent to the Hague is a pretty significant indication that Serbia is doing something about this problem, yet they are given no credit because the 'big two' remain at large.

At the other end of the scale, in Kosovo, you have suspected war criminals running the PISG past (Haradinaj), present (Cheku), and future (Thaci).

This whole situation is so one-sided it's ridiculous.
