Albanians still undecided over elections

This is a no brainer.

Despite any grievancies, the Albanians of Southern Serbia are Serbian citizens. As such, they have an obligation to vote in the presidential elections.

Really? Hmmm I wonder how the US will feel about that, You think their support for Kosovo's independence is free?

If albanians in presevo do not vote then they will have no voice in the government, too bad for them. Who are you to decide what is best for them Doni?

Albanians there will do whatever they like. And nothing can obligate them to do whatever serbs say.
Anyway who is the serb govenmt. or constitution to force them vote.
They are not represented anywhere in the government, or other things.
Is better for them to form paralel state institution.
