??????? I read the entire report 5 times and I still can't find the part where he said that Kosovo is not part of Serbia.

Here: "Southern Serbia and Sandžak are parts of Serbia and they will remain there. "

Notice how he says SOUTHERN Serbia sanxhak are part of Serbia...no where is Kosova mentioned.

Is he telling us that KFOR will not stop the coming Albanian violence (as it wasn't stopped in 2004)?
Is he saying the EU will allow the Serbs military action if KFOR does not fulfill its obligations?

You have people living in the valley demanding Serb Forces leave. Well i think they forgot it is Serbia still and they are on the wrong side of the Adminstration line. I guess they forgot about what happen the last time they tried violence. The Buffer zone was removed and there was no place to hide then and of course end of the insurgency, fighters went back to Kosovo turned themselves in. Valley Albanians stuck like chuck. Well the time has come again and i don't think NATO will invade Serbia again to annex the preshevo valley. Now there is the powder keg with a lit fuse. Seeing Russian, Serbian and Nato Fighters in a Dog Fight over Kosovo Air Space who wants that?

Anthony

Agreed. Furthermore, Serbia has the right and duty to intervene in its own province of Kosovo if NATO fails to meet the threat of Albanian extremists against religious sites and civilians.

I know you are dying for an independent Kosovo but it is dishonest to put words into someone else's mouth. Fact is that even Britain accepts that the status of Kosovo is currently being disputed. Its a far cry from saying it is not part of Serbia vide 1244.

SJ

Neither resolution 1244, nor international law, do not allow for Kosovo independence. Kosovo is, and always will be, part of Serbia-it is the heart and cradle of Serbian heritage, religion and history. Anyone who tries to change is just plain crazy.

Doni,

you REALLY should read all your links first before posting them. Please read this one again - this is precisely the reason why Cyprus is against Kosovo's independence!

Only correct thing he said was that Kosova isn't a part of Serbia.

Kosovo is, and always will be, Serbian. 1244 and international law state that. What first world country would reward illegal immigrants with independence, I know the U.S. would not. If they want their independence go to Albania, the only third world country in all of Europe, and ask for it.
In the almost nine years since NATO has secured Kosovo and the K-Albanians have basically run the place, what have they, or the UN, done to secure the return of the many Serbian refugees who once lived there, or to ethnically diversify the region? Nothing, because they don't want the Serbs back; they have ethnically cleansed Kosovo of the Serbs.

In the end, Kosovo is and always will be part of Serbia and the Serbians will never give it up, not for anything not even for the EU because unlike them, we cannot be bought.

Southern Serbia and Sandžak are parts of Serbia and they will remain there. The future of these regions is within Serbia," Wordsworth said.

Only correct thing he said was that Kosova isn't a part of Serbia.

Such comments simply reveal the UK's disregard for international law, since even mentioning Serbia's unquestionable right to guard its own sovereign territory indicates a disregard of Serbia's right to do defend itself. Therefore, the UK has attempted to diminish Serbia's territorial integrity by simply mentioning this..they should simply have said that Serbia SHOULD defend itself, rather than it is ALLOWED to defend itself

funny guy that british dude...

Serbia can enter Kosovo anytime if it is neccessary, it is serbian territory.

so, just give them a reason, and you will see how "independent" you really are...

but since KFOR will have to prove its own legitimacy it will have to act sharp and strong against the K-albanians in case they should resort to violence again.

so, just be happy for your pseudo-independence.. and better don´t think of the future...

Who does the British Ambassador to Serbia think he is, confirming to the Serbs that they can intervene in the South of Serbia in case of violence. As if they need his permission. This if it happens, is a Serbian interior problem and the British have absolutely no say in it. The Ambassador seems to forget he represents the British Government in Serbia as a guest, he is not a member of any Serbian political party, what arrogance!
