Del Ponte shocked at Rome's "pro-Serb bias"

How come she was never shocked with someone's anti-Serb bias? Or, does she think that ten milion Serbs, their present and future, should remain hostages of her (bad) moods? She even managed to raise popularity of late S. Milosevic with people who previously never even dreamt of supporting that provincial banker... What a farce, what a waste of time!!!

Notice how she says 'my fugitives'. These people have giant egos!

This woman can get really annoying. Why doesn't she just back off and let the EU and future EU countries improve their relations with one another? Criminals such as Mladic, Haradinaj and Karadzic cannot be the reason for poor relations between countries!

How dare the Italians be civil with Serbs.The way she is harassing Serbija you would think that Gen. Mladic and her were married at one time.
Mladic will not be visitng the Hague in this life.

Obviously, Del Ponte can't read between the lines. The former President of the European Commision avoided returning her calls, because she is the one that's biased, given her extreme views. It could also be that he shares the view of many, that Del Ponte is the problem and not the solution.

I'll bet that Prodi would have returned the call of the Chief Prosecutor of the ICTY if it was anyone else but her.

I sincerely hope the Kosovo Albanian leadership eventually receives the same treatment, for the same reasons, from the heads of the EU.

Who does she think she is? Is she an elected official of Italy or anyother state for that matter? Why does she think she can dictate political matters in other coutnries. She's a lawyer, a prosecutor, that's it. Stick to your job Del Ponte.

of course del ponte noticed this, even i have :) and i keep saying.. eu is aware of serbia's role in the balkans. eu is frightened of reliving the nightmare of 90s. frankly, so are we. meaning we can all work together. but you know this thing, about offering serbia candidate status in 2008, is still unbelievable. that they would even consider it tells you how worried they are. at least though eu is consistent here. kosovo is not the only place they are willing to allow to have status before standards, eh :)

She accuses D'Alema of being pro Serb (!) and he was Italian PM during aggression on FRY in 1999 and responsible for murder of over 2000 Serbian civilians and $50B damage.

Perhaps Mr. D'Alema should sue her, because in his circles Serb is a four letter word.

Perhaps it is high time that Kangaroo Court and it's shills be banished from EU territory, under recent legislation that forbids crooked business practices and false advertising.

why is she still sqawking she did not get Gen Mladic nor did she nab Radovan. She should just go back to Italy eat some bread and chill after making a killing chasing two guys that they will never catch.
