Moore hopes for more U.S. capital in Montenegro

I don't know about the realty market in Montenegro but it certainly can't be as pits as the subprime market back home for the American investors.

The Russians have beat the Ameris to the main stuff in Montenegro. The Americans can not get the good stuff no more, just small measly scraps of small things that are not major. But the Russians might also get them before they do.

American capital in Montenegro? For what?

What does Montenegro offer that the americans would want? exept of course maybe a naval base in Kotor Bay?

Or maybe the americans just want to sell some cars to Montenegro.
Considering the infrastructure in Montenegro setting upp a filial and start selling Hummers there could be a good business. Of course due to the high fuel prices normal montenegrin citizens couldn't afford to drive one, but there are a lot of politicians that could. THe same politicans that pay 50 euros entrence fees to one of the finest beaches in Montenegro.
