This is ridiculous! She should have been deported with her family as she is a MINOR!
Send her back to albania on her UNMIK passport. Every other immigrant goes through the immigration process the proper way - what makes her or ANYONE else exempt?

The war in Kosovo is over, her refugee status revoked, her asylum denied and Austrian immigration laws would be broken in her favor, why is this issue so hard to understand?
