So if less than one-third of the Albanian population voted in the last election, does that mean that maybe they themselves are in disagreement over independence. Or, the two-third majority would prefer not to be run by "former" terrorists, mafia, drug lords, lords of prostitution, etc., etc. Maybe they wanted a democratic Kosovo, not one run in the clannish criminal fashion of Albania. You would think that, at this time, they would show a solidarity with Thaci and his gang, for their "independence". This so-called "independence" is a mis-nomer because they will be controlled by the EU, just like Bosna is. If the EU representative doesn't like what the Albanian leadership is doing, they will get rid of the elected official and remove any laws the EU disagrees with. Some "independence"!
Oh yeah - this will all be supported financially by the EU - just like Kosovo was financially supported by Beograd. But that is for another discussion.

Princip,

You are launching unscathing attacks on Kosova and Kosova's leadership even when it comes to look into the low turn out in the last election. I can understand why.

Can you enlight us why always is Serbia the turnout in any election is very low? Do you think is because of the same reasons to those in Kosova.
What do you think about the election process in Kosova? Were you expecting killing, intimidations in Kosova election. I know that would have been your wish and some others in here just to "prove" that Kosova is unable to function as an independet state. Let me remind you that the Kosovar Albanians are becoming smarter and smarter when it comes to European standards. The time is on their side and Serbia hegemonistic policies is dead.

Turnout - 31% - either the ethnic Albanians have also boycotted on mass (showing little faith in the mafiocracy) or UNMIK/OSCE has an inflated accounting of the total electorate!
