Samardzic forgot to add "Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia" at the bottom of the letter. That would have made a big difference.
Other than that, there is nothing, absolutely nothing that Serbia can do to prevent such thing.

Serbia does so with full right.

the EU would contradict itself if it acted against international law.

I don´t think they will all be content with that, within the EU.

let´s see what future brings...

It is two decades to short when Serbia had a right of say what will happen and what will not. All because of Serbia's and the Serbs horrendous behavior to their neighbors when they had the upper hand.
