Prodi talks energy, Kosovo, during Albania visit

I watched Prodiès speech and he was mainly speaking about Albania and Italy having not a foreign-countries realtionship anymore but integrating with each-other as a result of emigrants going back home, opening businesses that link us to Italy. I think he was trying to clam us down, a very soothing speech about our friendship.He also said that Albanians should look at a reconciliation-friendship with the Serbs and not cut them out, ignore them on exclusivity. He wasnèt talking about a specific situation, but in general between the 2 nations.
He also told us to be patient and trust ÈhimÈ and his European collegues after Dec 10 and not rush. I agree with him. If we rush we wonèt have the official set security of the independence. If we do it we do it right.

Ideally, I donèt like nuclear because it is simply just dangerous, especially the location where they chose to build it, between Tirana and Durres. Thatès the most innapropriate spot, in between our most populous cities and in our most fertile lands. Minimum is contamintation, max is annihilation. They could build it behind a semi-desert mountain like in Ballsh, where there is already contamination and oil fields, or not build it alltogether. Use the money to renovate Bulgariaès old reactors that closed due to Eu regulations(that spelled disaster energetically for Albania), or use it to acquire new sun projection technology like the one developed in Spain. There are some areas inSouth Albania that get 300 sunny skies days a year.
