BIA budget sparks controversy

Lenard the simple fact is that in almost all countries the secret servie has a larger budget then parliament, president or the pm (or relevant position). This is certainly the case in America, russia, UK, Israel, China, India, etc...

The sinmple fact is that parliament, the president and prime minister do not have large budget's in the first place so it is clear the Mr. Jovanovic is making exagerrated claims ahead of elections.

Bosnian Muslim government documents released in 1997 admitted that scores of Sarajevo Serb civilians were killed by Bosnian Muslim paramilitaries there during the first several days of war.

Those neighbors looted Serb homes and an Australian Serb young man (refugee Bosnian family) says that when he goes back to visit Bosnia those neighbors of his who stole everything from his family (which was quite wealthy) look at them with hostility.

The Muslims and Croats were all about shoving the Serbs out and their actions were there right from the start of the war.

It looks like BIA the secret police security service will be very busy in the coming year with its huge new budget. With dirty tricks like it was in the Slobadan Milosevic era. How hired dozens of paramilitary groups like the Arkans Tigers to make trouble and war in the other former Yugoslavian republics.
