Stability depends on the independence of Kosovo; on the Albanians to build a better future for their population. MR Bush knows this and this is the reason why he has been telling you that the USA will push for the independence of Kosovo and nothing else.

The adoption of the constitution was a unilateral movement from Serbia where Albanians had no input whatsoever, as such it is one of the main contributors to the lack off stability in the Balkans and a threat to peace. Since this was done by the Serbian hands only, the Serbs thus with their unilateral movement and disrespect for democracy and compromise, are going against global peace and international law.

This is a fact that most Europeans know by heart. May the entire group of world leaders realize that democracy is a vulnerable baby. When born, it needs long time to develop an understanding for the values hidden in a true democracy. Very few republicans worl-wide managed to develop this understanding. International borders, ethnic groups, oil and religion have become the stake at the poker table - used by the leaders of the modern world.

Lately the comments of the Serbs sound truly desperate. They finally start to realize that they have lost Kosovo. As Johny noticed the anti-US, anti-NATO polemics of Kostunica did not help. The "causying up" with Putin, this ennemy of the West did not help either. Anyway I am glad that the Serbs accumulated all these mistakes. This way the West is more determined than ever to recognize Kosovo's independence.
