A proper designated homeless shelter/'s must be created through out every major city in Serbia. This is a efficient way to solve the problem of any homeless people living in the streets.

Well when you have $50 billion or more damage done by NATO, mainly on Serbia's civilian infrastructure and about 800,000 refugees or displaced people there for around a decade, then it puts such a strain on the country that it can't take care of its own.

As for pointing out she may be Albanian and a refugee from Kosovo shows that even mixed people and certain Albanians aren't tolerated in"Kosova"

The woman's last name is Berisha - isn't that Albanian? Maybe she was a Serb woman who married and Albanian man?

Was she a refugee from Kosovo?

My God, I am so sad. This was not supposed to happen. Something must be done for homless people. More shelters all over Serbia must be opened.
