It's only empty words. His strategy is precisely to get the SAA signed without having to deliver anyone, or at the worst to deliver Stojan Zupljanin to remove pressure and get it signed. Serbia never intended to arrest Mladic, and the proof is the fact that Ljajic keeps talking of the failed arrest attempts, and keeps congratulating himself. It's quite obvious that he doesn't want Mladic to be arrested, otherwise he wouldn't talk, and he would explain the details of searches only after Mladic is in jail. Wake up world, Serbia doesn't have to be rewarded for playing with the world!!

«Radovan Karadžić, Ratko Mladić, Stojan Župljanin, and Goran Hadžić have all been indicted for war crimes by The Hague-based UN court, and are all still at large.»

These are the architects of the 1000s of civilians killed; where are the perpretators who are hiding in Serbia and SR, and those who have been sent to other countries to escape justice. Last week, a Serb was arrested in the USA, and I have been told that the Americans have put their hands on 62 alleged war criminals who manage to falsify their declaration in order to get settle in the USA.
