Swiss troops to remain in Kosovo

- i.e. he declare what he wants but the reality remains 1244 is still in force - "reaffirming the sovereignity of FR Yugolsavia" as we all know Reupbic of Serbia is the successor state to FRY (not to be confused with former SFR Yugoslavia).

Thus in order for NATO troops o remain legitamate in Serbia's province there can not be any action by any NATO member (i.e US) that attempts at breaking the commitment and resolution that they themselves formulated and signed.

Thus Thaci's declaration will be no different from the previous empt declarations in the early 90's.

Remember the Swiss are basing their prescence on 1244 remaiin in force any illegal action against the Sovereignity of Serbia by the US will remove the legality that the Swiss require to remain.

UNSC 1244 will stay in effect. no matter what any of your provisional "hero´s" is going to "declare"...

I remember how excited were some people when Swiss said would withdraw its troops form Kosova. All sorts of hopes and illusions for deploying Serbian army popped up at that time. It looks like your "close to heart" 1244 could be interpreted any way anyone likes. Not that it really matters, but I am waiting for the day to hear that according to 1244, Kosova can and will declare independence.

Isn't it amazing to all how the Swiss were "neutral" during WWII & now they are taking sides?

if as you say the NATO troops left and the Serbian Albanians remain that is good and fine - no one will be attacking you and you will be encouraged to stay in Serbia's southern province with autonomous self governing insitutions.

Clearly this is the best way forward for all Serbians concerned irrespective of ethnicity - would you not agree?

I think that again I have to make this clear to everybody: Even if the last NATO soldier leaves Kosova for I am pretty sure they won’t but just in case they leave we ALBANIANS will still remain in Kosova just like we did for thousand of years till now we will remain for another 10000+ years. If somebody wants to attack us we will defend with all the means in disposition. So do not fill so comfortable when you hear that these countries solders are leaving and these countries soldiers are remaining.

First of all there are no such people in this planet "Serbian Albanians", there are ONLY Albanian Albanian, Kosova Albanian, Preshevo Valley Albanian, Albanians from Macedonia, Albanians from Montenegro, American Albanians, etc, with one word Albanians.

Second: We Kosova Albanians tasted once the essential autonomy within Serbia and that is not going to happen never ever again, not while humanity exists.

Third: Once NATO forces leave there will be only Kosova Forces that will take over there will not be any other force.
