Serbian state team comparative autonomy analysis

Seems to me like Belgrade must change its constitution again.

Hmmm, for a while Serbia was keen on disclosing its super interesting plans only to Russia. What happened now that they put this document here?

As far as the plan, Belgrade should have known that "KM" is very insulting to Albanians. I also don't like the fact that the word Serbia is mentioned too often in that document and that Kosovo will not have it's own army, which is the only guarantee to anything Serbia offers.

A constitution needs to be approved once and stay from being annulled for as long as possible.

The only way to do this is to protect citizens from the government, equal freedoms, universal freedoms, petition to government, etc.

Serbia seems to be re-writing its' constitution all the time; making it a bad "democratic" country.

Serbia needs a much better constitution guaranteeing what's left of minorities (non-Albanians) freedom to live in serbia.

All agreement before year 1999 between albanians and serbs equal to null... circumstances are diffrent now...

Where is the Kosovo Albanian's analysis or proposal? None during these "negotiations"? Why bother, USA will fix it for them anyhow.
