"UNMIK must nullify unilateral independence"

There is no way that the US and a few "EU" countries who all signed and agreed can act illegally in recognising and Illegal unilateral declartion without immediatltly breaking the contract they signed in the UN SC - if that is not a precedent I dont know what is. This is not just a mere bypassing of the UN it is tantemount to ripping its very foundations - is the US really up for this surely they have plenty more issues to deal with regarding Iraq and Afghanistan but if they force the partition of a UN soverign state then what becomes of their troops in illegal limbo? Try as they might there is no way out of this self made self closing trap tha the US have created.

Serbia is already a independent so we may do what we like with our territory (Kosovo) and I think we will exercise our right to govern our land without outside influence and internal trouble, if for so any reason you don't like this well you can also go to your country. I hear they are doing "great" might have better luck there.

Why do Serbs waste their time with Kosova. They know it's gone forever. They need to focus on the abuse and torture mental patients are suffering right NOW in Serbian hospitals. A Blot on Serbia's name for this kind of lop sided focus on national issues.

This precendence stuff is just ridiculous. Since when has the UN acted on precedence? Since the UN did nothing on the genocide in Bosnia they should have done nothing in Kosovo due to precedence? The Kurds should have their own state but this has nothing to do with Kosovo it's a different matter.

Even if Kosovo Institutions takes steps to self declare independence from Serbia there should not be any problem for OSCE to extend its Mission in Kosovo. This is because OSCE presence in Kosovo is according to resolution 1244 and as long as this resolution is in place in United Nations, OSCE can work under the same mandate.
